Op 11 november 2022 promoveerde Stevie Hendriks aan de Universiteit Maastricht op het proefschrift getiteld ‘Understanding young-onset dementia: epidemiology, recognition and care use’. Het onderzoek werd verricht onder leiding van prof. dr. Marjolein de Vugt, dr. Sebastian Köhler en dr. Kirsten Peetoom. In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
