Op 15 september 2023 promoveerde Maud Landers aan Tilburg University op het proefschrift getiteld ‘Subcortical brain mapping of executive functions in glioma patients – Towards standardized cognitive monitoring during awake brain surgery’. Het onderzoek werd uitgevoerd onder leiding van promotor prof. dr. M.M. Sitskoorn (Tilburg University) en copromotoren dr. G.J.M. Rutten (ETZ, Tilburg) en dr. W. De Baene (Tilburg University). In dit artikel worden de belangrijkste bevindingen besproken.
