Door groeiende mogelijkheden om kanker te genezen wordt het belangrijker om langetermijncomplicaties te onderkennen. Het is van essentieel belang om sacrale insufficiëntiefracturen na radiotherapie tijdig te diagnosticeren, omdat de behandeling verschilt van die van fracturen door botmetastasen. We presenteren twee patiënten met deze late en soms ernstige complicatie.
